Please read these terms carefully before using the ReRoute AI platform. These terms govern your access to and use of our sustainability tracking services.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using ReRoute AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice to users.

Service Description

  • ReRoute AI provides sustainability tracking and inventory management services for the hospitality industry.
  • Features include product sustainability scoring, inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and reporting.
  • Service availability is subject to subscription tier and may vary by region.
  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Report any unauthorized access or security breaches immediately.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the service.

Prohibited Activities

  • Sharing account access with unauthorized users.
  • Uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise system security.
  • Using the service to store or transmit illegal content.
  • Interfering with other users’ access to the service.
  • Automated scraping or data extraction without authorization.
  • Misrepresenting sustainability data or metrics.

Limitation of Liability

  • ReRoute AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of sustainability scores or AI-generated insights.
  • Users are responsible for verifying critical business decisions independently.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice.
  • We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms without prior notice.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
  • You may request data export within the retention period.
  • Obligations regarding confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination.

Subscription & Payment Terms

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Annual subscriptions receive a discount as shown on our pricing page.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, refunds are issued at our discretion on a pro-rata basis.

Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Current subscription prices are locked until renewal.

Invoice/PO Billing: Enterprise accounts may request invoice-based billing subject to credit approval. Payment terms are net 30 days.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except for injunctive relief which may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction.
